My name is Kaylin. I am a recent graduate of STLCC's baking and pastry program. I am a certified journey baker (CJB) and Certified Pastry Chef (CPC). I was a stay-at-home mom for seven years and decided to return to school to study what I love —Sweets! While my passion is focusing on cakes, chocolate, and cupcakes, I also love to bake bread and small pastries. One day I aspire to be a master cake decorator, focusing on wedding cakes. Welcome to the beginning of my journey.
